By creating an account or using AeroTrackAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

AeroTrackAI is an aviation job tracking application that helps aviation professionals track job applications, manage career milestones, and organize aviation-related employment information.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes, job placement, or career advancement as a result of using the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to AeroTrackAI. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the App's security features

All content, features, and functionality of AeroTrackAI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of AeroTrackAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEROTRACKIAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AeroTrackAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.

If you download the App from Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and AeroTrackAI only, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligations.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the App.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App.
